Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in suitable packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind about the purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos of the issue.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
