Delivery Method
All FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets will be delivered electronically unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Physical ticket delivery, if applicable, will be arranged based on the organizer’s distribution schedule and venue requirements.
Electronic Ticket Delivery

- Tickets are typically delivered between 7–14 days before the match date, depending on availability and organizer release schedules.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.
Physical Ticket Shipping (If Applicable)
- Physical tickets will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination country and ticket release dates.
- A tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
- Signature upon delivery may be required.
International Shipping
- International shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and local courier operations.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled shipment date. We cannot guarantee modifications after tickets have been processed for dispatch.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Tickets
If tickets are lost, delayed, or not received within the expected timeframe, customers must contact support immediately. Replacement availability will depend on organizer policies and ticket type.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once tickets have been dispatched.
